Revival Catalyst: Changes for Dragonflight Patch 10.1

Season 2 begins on May 9th, 2023:

• The Revival Catalyst will open for Aberrus, Schmelztiegel der Schatten the week of June 13th.
• When the Catalyst opens for Aberrus, all players will receive a Wiedererweckte Schattenflamme Charge for every one of their characters.
• Every week thereafter, all characters on your account will automatically get a Wiedererweckte Schattenflamme charge, the account-wide quest has been removed.
• There will be no cost associated with the Revival Catalyst beyond the Wiedererweckte Schattenflamme spent.
• Once a new Season begins, items from previous Seasons can be converted for free, no Wiedererweckte Schattenflamme charge spent. This is aimed at transmog hunters. Note: this is currently disabled.
• In Patch 10.1, gear from Fyrakk Assaults and some items within Zaralek Cavern will be able to be converted to LFR Tier pieces.
